Ad ogni modo la butto li ... un metodo meno invasivo sarebbe togliere filtro e farlo girare in una bacinella con candeggina . Poi lo lavi , butti TUTTI i materiali filtranti e lo ri-lavi di nuovo per poi rimetterlo in vasca solo con materiali nuovi .
Io farei cosi .
Altrimenti mi hanno anche suggerito di usare il bicarbonato di sodio in grosse percentuali (tipo 4-5 cucchiai da caffè in 10 litri d'acqua) ma ha tempistiche molto lente . Ad esempio contro le BBA ti ci vuole una nottata .
Ad ogni modo niente in vasca con fondo , legni e qualunque cosa che possa assorbire il tuo "disinfettante" ...

All you need to do to sterilize an aquarium for use is to clean it with a saltwater solution (about 1.035 specific gravity or about 2/3 cup salt per us gallon). You can let it sit for a few days or just rinse out your tank after about 30 minutes with freshwater. For marine tanks, let the tank sit for about 30 minutes with freshwater first. This is effective for cases of restarting an aquarium after storage or uncertain water conditions.
