"The part A and B can be used to either boost or maintain levels depending on how much you use. If you are using it to maintain your calcium and/or carbonate levels then it is being used as a buffer. The Kent Turbo Calcium is dry Calcium Chloride granules which is the same thing used in the Part A. Super dKH buffer is Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Carbonate, and Sodium Tetraborate, so basically the part B is Super dKH buffer (minus the tetraborate) dissolved in deionized water.

Your use of the A and B is correct. When you are dealing with nano reefs it is easy to over dose one element over another and throw the system out of balance. Using the part A and B allows you to keep the water chemistry in somewhat of a balance while not having to dose a whole bunch of different products. If you notice one of the levels (such as calcium) getting too low then you can dose with turbo calcium so that calcium is the only thing you are boosting up. In larger systems the water chemistry is easier to keep fairly stable (there is no such thing as perfectly stable in an aquarium, or in the wild for that matter).

Regards,"
