..comunque le mie perplessitā sulla miscelazione dei buffer non era infondata...leggete cosa mi ha risposto uno della kent in USA al quale avevo chiesto ieri (!) se potevo miscelare il magnesio nell'A o nel B.....
"It is not a good idea to mix magnesium to either calcium or carbonate buffers. It can affect the incorporation of calcium into the water and react with carbonate buffers and become insoluble. Magnesium should be dosed separately.
