le piante puoi inserirle da subito,anzi,tanto meglio...
(parti con un fotoperiodo di5/6 ore per aumentare di 30/40minuti a settimana)
l'attivatore batterico puoi anche non usarlo...l'importante č attendere un mese (cosa che dovresti fare anche con l'uso di un attivatore)
