The fundamental differences are that the Primo 110 is an aqaurium for "beginner". It is not worse, but the installed parts are somewhat easier. The filter is smaller and the lighting can be completely removed. The thickness of the bottom and side glasses are 5 mm and the front and back glass are 6 mm.
Included is one LED tube, you have the possible to upload to three tubes
