" coral expel their zooanthellae as a defense mechanism to try and survive too high a levels of heavy metals, high temperatures & too high a levels of dissolved organics. All of these conditions can lead to disease infestations into coral tissues which can kill your coral. In essence you are poisoning coral to try and get better colors. You are playing with fire when using products like this and sooner or later you are likely to get burned."
