Hello Kevin,
the new Coral Plus could be used as a stand allone bulb like the Aquablue Special before.
The Spectrum of the C+ is a combination of the ABS and the Blue Plus with a little percentage of red.
So it is very good for the photosynthesis of the symbiotic algae of the corals (PUR = Photosynthetic Useable Radiation) and also emphasizes the red, pink and yellow colors of the fishes and corals.
You could combinate the C+ with every other bulb of the ATI product range.
For an 8-bulb fixture a combination of 5 C+, 2 B+ and 1 Purple Plus would be fine.
If you want to emphasize more the fluorescent colors of for example Tridacna spec., you could also add one Actinic.
