if I get you right, both fans (ventilators) are not working. This can have several reasons:
There are two switches on the power-supply. Try to change the polarity-switch to the opposite position.
Look at the power-supply if the “on”-light in lighting.
Check the connection of the power-supply to the blackbox.
It’s very unusual that you have two lights with the same symptoms. Keep me informed of the results.
