non ho letto l'articolo sulla klebsiella pneumoniae perchè non vedo cosa c'entri..certo che vive alla nostra concentrazione salina..ma con i ciano che c'entra..leggerò l'altro appena ho tempo..

Nitrate inhibited nitrogenase synthesis and heterocyst devel- opment in the cyanobacterium Anabaena sp. strain PCC 7120. direi che vuol dire che i nitrati non inibiscono la nitrogenasi a livello operativo ma ne impediscono la produzione agendo a livello del m-RNA della proteina stessa..il che farebbe intendere che livelli alti di nitrati non favorirebbero la vita dei ciano...interessante ma temo che non possiamo usare questo sistema..

Allora spiegherebbe perchè quando avevo NO3 altissimi non ne avevo e neanche si manifestavano accenni di presenza.

Si dice che un altro fattore che stimola i ciano sia la somministrazione di Aminoacidi....questo è quello che ho letto.
