1 filter cristal profi i100 jbl = 800 l/h
1 Fluval U4, Filter = 1000 l/h

200 liters x 10 times the volume of the tank = 2000 l/h

I miss of the filtration and current (stream).

What is the minimum number of liters for these fishes?

If you watch the video in the natural environment, you'll understand it takes a lot of current.

Difficult of answer because it is a wild fish, since than my stiphodons are past of 96 liters to 200 liters, my fish are even more beautiful.
