;-) Crude e belle fresche sono il massimo. Non sottovalutare anche quelle che acquisti congelate per uso alimentare: io le faccio scongelare in acqua salata e le sminuzzo in vasca... metodo primitivo, come dicevo ma efficace :-D :-D :-D
