T5 for stone corals?
The light conditions compared at tropical reef roofs, we can often offer our corals only compromises both in the spectral light composition and in the intensity of radiation.
It just therefore makes sense to put the radiant energy with artificial light sources available in the areas in which the photosynthesis is supported otimally.
In comparison with the exclusive illumination with HQI the lights offer the corals a more efficient possibility with T5 technology of delivering sufficiently photo synthetically utilizable radiation (PUR).
This also is due to the more unfavorable radiation orientation besides the high waste of energy (approx. 20%) of the much HQI lamps with a stronger shading of one's own.
Through this coral can as a percentage absorb less PUR radiation.
By the T5 lights my corals have got much more colored.
The growth also has increased.
For me the T5 technology is the best opportunity for the light extraction.

e comunque credo che sia giusto che si "sperimentino" varie soluzioni, sia per quanto riguarda l'illuminazione che per tutto il resto.
anche in questo forum, leggo più volentieri i messaggi di coloro che provano nuove soluzioni piuttosto i messaggi di coloro che parlano come se avessero la "verità" incollata alla lingua.....
la mia vasca sembra ben equilibrata, ma sono convinto che se la descrivessi su questo portale mi troverei alcuni che comincierebbero a criticare tutto (le pompe, la sump, le lampade etc etc)

zeorunner secondo te che larghezza riesci ad illuminare con la plafo da 8 tubi?
ho visto che la tua vasca è larga 70 cm ma voledo farla di 80 cm?
se non sbaglio mi sembra che la plafo sia larga 44cm!

E' quello che volevo sapere anche io...

La mia vasca da 50 cm è troppo stretta?

il pagamento avviene tramite carta di credito ma l'addebito avviene solo al momento della spedizione e non in quello in cui si fa l'ordine
