Platy malato!!!

Ciao a tutti,
da qualche giorno ho il mio Platy adulto con un occhio tutto rosso ed è sembra che questo occhio sembra che sta per esplodere da un momento all'altro.
Sapete dirmi quale malattia possa essere??
